John G. Eilering
President
John has 40 years of banking experience, including 30 years in Mount Prospect. In 1997, John and a group of local entrepreneurs organized Mount Prospect National Bank and grew the bank successfully. John and his wife, Delight, have been Mount Prospect residents for 39 years, and have raised two children in the village.
John is currently serving as an officer and/or board member for the following community-based organizations: Mount Prospect Park Board, Mount Prospect Rotary, District 214 Community Education Foundation, Northwest Suburban Council for Boy Scouts of America, Mount Prospect Chamber of Commerce Board, and has been chairman and honorary chairman of both the Chicago and Northwest Suburban Dr. Martin Luther King celebrations. He recently joined the Board of Glenview State Bank.
John is thrilled to be back with his outstanding team of professional bankers in Mount Prospect.
Thomas A. O’Grady
Executive Vice President
Tom has been in commercial banking for over 30 years, working primarily with small and medium sized companies. He began as a credit analyst at Elmhurst National Bank and moved to The First National Bank of Mount Prospect over 20 years ago. Since 1991, Tom has held various commercial lending management positions in the Mount Prospect market, most recently as the Executive Vice President and Senior Lender at Mount Prospect National Bank.
Brett Denker
Senior Vice President
Brett started his banking career in Eastern Iowa. Since working in finance and achieving his MBA degree, Brett relocated to Chicago and worked in Commercial Lending for a large banking group. Most recently, Brett has served as a Senior Vice President for Midwest Bank and Trust, the successor bank of Mount Prospect National Bank. He is the proud father of a six year old daughter named Eloise and is a Division I college football official on the weekends during the fall.
Linda Larson
Senior Vice President
Linda has worked with many members of the Mount Prospect State Bank team since the late 1970's and has been involved in multiple areas of banking.
Linda and her husband Dick have raised two children in Mount Prospect and they are active members of the community. Linda volunteers for Meals on Wheels, assists with Higher Up Ministries food distribution, and is a member of the Mount Prospect Kiwanis Club.
John Tofano
Senior Vice President
John grew up in Mount Prospect and began his Commercial Lending career here over 25 years ago, at Countryside Bank. In 1996 he joined LaSalle Bank as a Vice President in Commercial Banking working in Chicago and Arlington Heights. In 2004, John brought his experience back to the community of Mount Prospect, and he's been helping local business achieve their goals ever since.
Paul Hodolitz
Personal Banking Officer
Paul has over 35 years of banking experience with the last 17 working in Mount Prospect. He and his wife Diane have been married for 33 years and live in the NW suburbs.
Linda Maddiex
Personal Banking Officer
Linda grew up in Mount Prospect and started her community banking career in Mount Prospect over 30 years ago. She enjoys working with customers and helping them with their banking needs. Aside from work, Linda volunteers in the community. She lives in nearby Buffalo Grove with her husband of 27 years.
Sally Behun
Personal Banker
Sally Behun has been in banking for over 30 years. She's new to the Glenview State Bank family, but many in the Mount Prospect community know her and her family very well. Sally was born and raised in Mount Prospect, met and married her husband of 27 years here, and it's in Mount Prospect where they have raised their three children.
Laura Dunning
Personal Banker
Laura brings over 25 years of banking experience to the Glenview State Bank family. She and her husband John have lived in nearby Elk Grove Village for 20 years. There they raised two sons, Ben and Zach. Recently in her spare time, Laura has been involved with volunteering at church sponsored dinners and the PADS walk fundraiser.
